- Planning permission is granted for a temporary period expiring on 9th December 2025. Unless an application is submitted and approved before this date, the structure shall be removed from the site and the ground restored. REASON: In the interest of maintaining a degree of planning control over the temporary structure and preserving the character and appearance of the Grade II Listed Building in accordance with Policy PC2, PC3 and EN8 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
