- The proposed development lies within a coal mining area which may contain unrecorded coal mining related hazards. If any coal mining feature is encountered during development, this should be reported immediately to The Coal Authority on 0845 762 6848. - The applicant shall be made aware that a small strip of their land, specifically the service margin adjacent to the carriageway, forms part of the adopted Highway. Whilst the subsoil may fall within the applicants ownership, the lands status as Highway takes precedence over any private rights.
