- In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the installation of the defibrillator cabinet adjacent to a Grade II Listed Building within the Mold Conservational Area (CA) would harm the setting and thereby the architectural and historic character of this building and would also fail to preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the CA. As such, the proposal conflicts with policies PC2, EN8 and EN 9 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan and is also contrary to the guidance set out in TAN24 : The Historic Environment.
