- Prior to the commencement of any site works, I would request the applicant contacts the area Streetcene Co-ordinator, Mr Wayne Jones on (01352) 704795 in order to agree the works/alterations required to the back edge of footway, particularly where the level difference is to be introduced. In addition, any permission required to relocate the existing street furniture shall be sought from the relevant utility company.
- The development hereby approved shall be commenced before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with the requirements of Sections 91 to 93 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
