- The operational noise from external HVAC plant and associated plant/infrastructure hereby permitted, shall not exceed 45dB 1hour (LAeq) (07:00-23:00hrs) and 45dB 15min (LAeq) at night (23:00-07:00), as measured at the nearest noise sensitive premises. REASON: In the interests of neighbouring amenity and to comply with Policy EN18 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
