Officers Committee Report - 09.07.2026 Decision NoticePlanning conditions
- The development hereby approved shall be commenced before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with the requirements of Sections 91 to 93 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
- The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and documents: Application form received 27/05/2026 Location Plan, Block Plan, Existing & Proposed Floor Plans, Existing & Proposed Sections and Existing & Proposed Cycle Store Elevations – Dwg No. 2075/C received 27/05/2026 Green Infrastructure Statement received 27/05/2026 REASON: To ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the approved details.
- The maximum number of occupants shall be no more than 4 persons at all times. REASON: To ensure that the scale of the development is appropriate to the location, in the interests of residential amenity and in accordance with policies PC2 and HN7 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
