Officers Report Decision NoticePlanning conditions
- The development hereby approved shall be commenced before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with the requirements of Sections 91 to 93 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
- The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and documents: Application form received 21.04.26 Exisiting plans Dwg SO1 Rev D Proposed plans Dwg P01 Rev D Location Plan REASON: To ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the approved details.
- No surface water from any increase in the roof area of the building /or impermeable surfaces within the curtilage shall be allowed to drain directly or indirectly to the public sewerage system. REASON : To prevent the hydraulic overloading of the public sewerage system , to protect the health and safety of existing residents and ensure no pollution of or detriment to the environment and comply with the requirements of Policies PC2 and EN15 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
