Application for the construction of CO"² Liquefaction Technology and associated infrastructure to support the operation of an approved waste management facility.

1. Otherwise than as may be required by the conditions of this planning permission, the development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved documents and plans: - Site Location Plan – CO2 Plant, Drawing No: DAY-XX-00-DR-A-04-1001, Rev P01, dated 1st April 2026 - GA Elevations – CO2 Storage Tanks – Removed Site Context, Drawing No: DAY-XX-ZZ-DR-A-04-1006, Rev P04, dated 3rd July 2026 - Proposed Site Plan – CO2, Drawing No: DAY-XX-00-DR-A-04-1001, Rev P03, dated 15th June 2026 - Proposed Site Plan – CO2 Liquefaction Plan, Drawing No: DAY-XX-ZZ-DR-A-04-1007, Rev P02, dated 15th June 2026 - Existing Site GA Elevations, Drawing No: DAY-XX-ZZ-DR-A-20-0005, Rev P01 dated 1st April 2026 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with policy PC2 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
2. Deliveries to the site shall be restricted to: 06:00 hours – 20:00 hours Mondays to Sundays including bank/public Holidays REASON: The application was considered on this basis and to protect the amenities of the locality in accordance with policy PC2 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
3. Within three months of the date of this permission, a detailed ecological management and enhancement plan based upon the ‘Green Infrastructure Statement’ dated 16th March 2026 shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The plan shall include a schedule for enhancement and management measures over the lifespan of the development. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plan for the lifespan of the development thereafter. REASON: To ensure appropriate provision for the enhancement of the natural environment is secured in accordance with policies STR13 and EN6.
