- Highways Note to Applicant Prior to the construction of the new section of footway, I would recommend you contact the areas Streetscene Co-ordinator, Mr Wayne Jones, on (01352) 704795 in order to discuss/agree how the proposed footway will tie into the existing cycle & footway.
