- The Local Planning Authority considers that the design of the signage is such that it would look out of scale in relation to adjacent buildings and the remainder of the traditional street furniture. Furthermore, the proposal fails to provide sufficient information to demonstrate that the proposals would not significantly harm the character and appearance of the conservation area and therefore fails to comply with Policy EN9 of the Flintshire Local Development Plan.
