Continuation of use of land for mineral extraction and ancillary use without compliance with Condition 3 (Approved Details) of planning permission ESS/52/17/COL, that itself was a Variation of Condition Permission, that enabled changes to the DSM plant operational hours, of planning permission ESS/23/14/COL granted for "Extension of Stanway Quarry on land at Five Ways Fruit Farm (FWFF) via the extraction of 2.95m tonnes of sand and gravel etc" to now seek changes to the afteruse provisions on the land parcels comprising the Five Ways Fruit Farm Extension and Wallace Lagoon areas.
