The continuation of chalk extraction with restoration to chalk grassland permitted by planning permission ESS/21/10/UTT without compliance with Condition 1 (Application details), Condition 13 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Mineral Planning Authority, extraction shall be completed in Phase 2 by 6 June 2012 to 6th June 2018 and Condition 23 Timetable for restoration from 31st December 2013 to 31st December 2019 to allow amended sequence of phasing and timescales for restoration.
