Within 28 days from the date of this permission a scheme for the removal and off-site disposal of all visible surface waste, including asbestos, shall be submitted for the approval in writing of the Waste Planning Authority. The scheme shall also include site surface restoration details, following removal of the visible surface waste. Notwithstanding the aforementioned requirements, all visible surface waste shall be removed from the site within 12 months of the date of the permission. The development shall thereafter be implemented in accordance with the approved scheme.
