Application overview
Within 28 days from the date of this permission a scheme for the monitoring of surface water shall be submitted for the approval in writing of the Waste Planning Authority. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the details shall include the frequency of monitoring and reporting for a duration of not less than 12 months. Should the monitoring results indicate unacceptable risk to receptors, details of remedial measures shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority within 2 months of the date the monitoring was carried out. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved surface-water monitoring scheme and in accordance with any remedial measures, as necessary
