Continuation of excavation of sand and restoration of land to agricultural use, including deposit of inert waste permitted by planning permission ref ESS/44/08/UTT without compliance with: • condition 3 (cessation dates for development and restoration) to allow extended period for development until 30 June 2025 and restoration by 31 December 2026 (an additional 12 years); • condition 4 (removal of infrastructure) to allow retention of infrastructure until 30 June 2026; • condition 17 (soil movement) to allow soil movements between March and October; and • condition 28 (traffic movements) to remove the limitation of no more than an average of 50 lorry movements (25 in, 25 out) in any one day.
