Application overview
Prior to each annual clay extraction event the area to be excavated shall be surveyed to establish the absence or presence of badgers, reptiles and water voles. The survey results, including mitigation measures if badgers, reptiles or water voles are found to be present, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Mineral Planning Authority. The development shall take place in accordance with the approved details.
