The scheme required pursuant to Condition 6 of this permission shall include details of the movement, storage and placement of all topsoils, subsoils, and soil making materials. In preparing the details of these movements for each sequence of the work, particular attention shall be paid to the soils report contained in Part 2 of the Environmental Statement accompanying the application. Each soils movement, storage and placement plan shall clearly identify the origin, any intermediate, and final locations of the soils and soil making materials to be moved as defined by agreed soil units, together with details balancing the quantities, depths and areas involved.
