Within 6 months of the date of this permission a working scheme for the remaining Phase 1 and Phase 2 as indicated on Drawing No B30/492 giving precise details of all operations, the limits of excavation, the depths of excavation, soil and overburden handling, drainage works, planting details, (including advance planting) environmental protection measures, and before 01 June 2010, the submission showing restoration proposals and timing of restoration works to be undertaken, shall be submitted to the Mineral Planning Authority for approval in writing. All works shall thereafter be undertaken in accordance with the approved scheme.
