  1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.
  2. Rhaid dechrau'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma cyn pen PUM mlynedd o ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn.
  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: • Location plan – Dwg ref: 1999/04; • Existing ground floor plan – Dwg ref: 1999/01; • Elevation plans – Dwg ref: 1999/03; • Proposed floor plans – Dwg ref: 1999/02;
  4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • Location plan – Dwg ref: 1999/04; • Existing ground floor plan – Dwg ref: 1999/01; • Elevation plans – Dwg ref: 1999/03; • Proposed floor plans – Dwg ref: 1999/02;
  5. All biodiversity enhancement measures outlined within the submitted Green Infrastructure Statement and approved plans shall be implemented within 6 months following completion of development and maintained thereafter. Please note that the bird box should be located a north/north east facing elevation and should be a multi/double chamber sparrow terrace of a woodcrete/woodstone construction to be installed as per the manufacturer’s instruction.
  6. Dylid gweithredu'r holl fesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a amlinellir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd a gyflwynwyd a'r cynlluniau cymeradwy o fewn 6 mis ar ôl cwblhau'r datblygiad a'u cynnal felly wedi hynny. Sylwch y dylid lleoli'r blwch adar ar ddrychiad sy'n wynebu'r gogledd/gogledd-ddwyrain a dylai fod yn deras aml-siambr/dwbl ar gyfer adar y to o adeiladwaith prencrit/carregrit i'w osod yn unol â chyfarwyddyd y gwneuthurwr.
  7. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
