Notwithstanding Condition 02 above, this consent does not include the installation of ‘Forna slates’ as specified in the hereby approved drawings ‘06-A.2/14-Proposed Elevations 1 of 2 – dated April 2024’ and ‘07-A.2/14-Proposed Elevations 2 of 2 – dated April 2024’. The roof of the building shall be covered with blue-grey slates from the Blaenau Ffestiniog area, or Cupa R4 slates as detailed in correspondence dated to the 18th of June 2025. The slates shall match those existing at the property in size and form
