- Within three months of the substantial completion of the development, the bird and bat enhancement measures identified in the Amended Green Infrastructure Statement, amended June 2026, hereby approved, shall be installed in full. The measures shall be implemented as shown on the Amended Proposed Elevations, Drawing No. 05/DJ 26, including the House Martin nesting cups, House Sparrow nest box/terrace and bat boxes. All such provisions shall be of woodcrete/woodstone construction and fitted in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The bird and bat enhancement measures shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development.
- The native tree and hedgerow planting identified in the Amended Green Infrastructure Statement, amended June 2026, hereby approved, and shown on the Proposed Site Plan, Drawing No. 06/DJ 26, shall be carried out during the first available planting season following the substantial completion of the development. The planting shall thereafter be maintained through a minimum twice-yearly weeding programme, protected with suitable tree guards, rabbit spirals, fencing or equivalent protection where appropriate, and any specimens which die, are removed, become seriously damaged or diseased within five years of planting shall be replaced with specimens of the same species during the next available planting season.
