- The biodiversity enhancements specified in the Green Infrastructure Statement (Received the 3rd of December 2025) hereby approved shall take place within 3 months from the first use of the development. The bird box shall be of a woodcrete/woodstone construction and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (where applicable) and placed on a north/northeast facing elevation. This biodiversity enhancement shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development; any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification
- Rhaid i'r gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth a bennir yn y 'Green Infrastructure Statement' (Derbynwyd 3ydd o Ragfyr 2025) a gymeradwywyd drwy hyn ddigwydd o fewn 3 mis i ddefnydd cyntaf y datblygiad. Rhaid i'r blwch adar fod o adeiladwaith concrit pren/carreg bren a'i osod yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau'r gwneuthurwr (lle bo'n berthnasol) a'i osod ar ddrychiad sy'n wynebu'r gogledd/gogledd-ddwyrain. Rhaid cadw'r gwelliant bioamrywiaeth hwn wedi hynny am oes y datblygiad; rhaid i unrhyw rai newydd fod o fanyleb gyfwerth
- If the development hereby approved becomes redundant or obsolete, then the air source heat pump and all associated external equipment and fixtures must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate
