- Notwithstanding the biodiversity enhancement measures contained in the Green Infrastructure Statement dated the 21st of May 2025, no Rhododendron ponticum is to be planted. The proposed bird box is to be located on a north/northeast facing elevation and the proposed bat box and insect brick is to be located on a south facing elevation. All provisions relating to bats, birds and insects should be of a woodcrete/woodstone construction

- Within 6 months from the date of this permission, the biodiversity enhancement measures contained in the Green Infrastructure Statement and referred to in condition 2 & 3 must be implemented in full accordance with these details
