  1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan - dated the 30th of May2025 Site Plan - Existing & Proposed received on the 2nd of June 2025 Green Infrastructure Statement - received on the 9th of July 2025
  4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location Plan - dated the 30th of May2025 Site Plan - Existing & Proposed received on the 2nd of June 2025 Green Infrastructure Statement - received on the 9th of July 2025
  5. The proposed hedgehog boxes are to be oriented at a south or east facing and in a sheltered space. They can be left as is, partially buried, incorporated into a log pile or compost heap or covered in leaf litter as desired. If buried, it is recommended that some roofing felt or a plastic sheet is placed beneath the runners to create a cavity beneath the box and reduce the humidity in the interior.
  6. Mae'r blychau draenog arfaethedig i fod wedi'u cyfeirio tua'r de neu'r dwyrain ac wedi'u lleoli mewn lle cysgodol. Gellir eu gadael fel y maent, wedi'u claddu'n rhannol, eu hymgorffori mewn pentwr o foncyffion neu domen gompost neu eu gorchuddio â sbwriel dail yn ôl yr angen.   7. Within 6 months from the date of this permission, the biodiversity enhancement measures contained in the Green Infrastructure Statement and referred to in condition 2 & 3 must be implemented in full accordance with these details.
  8. O fewn 6 mis o ddyddiad y caniatâd hwn, rhaid gweithredu'r mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a gynhwysir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd ac y cyfeirir atynt yn amod 2 a 3 yn unol yn llawn â'r manylion hyn.
  9. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
