The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: • EXISTING & PROPOSED ELEVATIONS (Drawing Number: GDS_AR-02) – AMENDED NOVEMBER 2025 • LOCATION PLAN (Drawing Number: GDS_LOC-01) – AMENDED NOVEMBER 2025 • EXISTING & PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS (Drawing Number: GDS_AR-01) – AMENDED NOVEMBER 2025 • Bat Survey Report – Dated September 2025 • Green Infrastructure Statement (GIS) – Dated September 2025
  4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • EXISTING & PROPOSED ELEVATIONS (Drawing Number: GDS_AR-02) – DIWYGWYD TACHWEDD 2025 • LOCATION PLAN (Drawing Number: GDS_LOC-01) – DIWYGWYD TACHWEDD 2025 • EXISTING & PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS (Drawing Number: GDS_AR-01) – DIWYGWYD TACHWEDD 2025 • Bat Survey Report – Dyddiedig Medi 2025 • Green Infrastructure Statement (GIS) – Dyddiedig Medi 2025
  5. Within three months of the substantial completion of the development the biodiversity enhancement measures identified in the Green Infrastructure Statement (Dated September 2025) hereby approved, shall be installed on the north facing elevation. They shall be implemented as shown on the Existing and Proposed Elevations (Received in November 2025), and all provisions shall be of a woodcrete/woodstone construction and fitted as per the manufacturer’s instruction
  6. O fewn tri mis i gwblhau'r datblygiad yn sylweddol, rhaid gosod y mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a nodwyd yn y 'Green Infrastructure Statement' (Dyddiedig Medi 2025) a gymeradwywyd drwy hyn, ar y drychiad sy'n wynebu'r gogledd.   7. Mitigations identified in Section 7 of the Bat Survey Report (Dated September 2025) shall be implemented in full as per the ecological report
