Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Green Infrastructure Statement & Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme (19/06/2024) Existing Site Plan – Drg. 2 – Mehefin 2024.   3. The biodiversity enhancement measures set out in the hereby approved ‘Green Infrastructure Statement & Biodiversity Enhancement Scheme’ and shown on the hereby approved ‘Proposed Site Plan – Drg. 3 – June 2024’ shall be followed and implemented in full within 6 months following the date of this decision notice

  5. No exterior light shall be installed onto the development without the prior submission of a formal lighting plan to the Authority for approval

  7. The building subject of this permission shall be used only as a garage and store as shown in drawing ‘Proposed Detached Garage/Store – Drg. 4 – June 2024’ and shall not be used for any other purpose of the Schedule to the Town and County Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended).
  8. Bydd yr adeilad sy’n destun y caniatâd hwn yn cael ei ddefnyddio fel modurdy a storfa yn unig fel y dangosir yn y llun ‘Proposed Detached Garage/Store – Drg. 4 – Mehefin 2024’ ac ni chaiff ei ddefnyddio at unrhyw ddiben arall yn yr Atodlen i Orchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Dosbarthiadau Defnydd) 1987 (fel y’i diwygiwyd).
  9. The water mains, chambers, covers, and marker posts as shown in the water mains plan provided by D"{r Cymru, are to be kept free from all temporary buildings, building material, and spoil heaps and shall be preserved in their present position at all times. (Refer to the letter, conditions, and site plan provided by D"{r Cymru which are attached to this decision notice).
