Planning conditions
- The proposal entails short-term holiday let accommodation (C6 use class) in a defined Smaller Settlement under the settlement strategy of the Eryri Local Development Plan 2016-2031. It is considered that the proposal would contravene the provisions of policies SP C, SP G and DP 30 of the Eryri Local Development Plan 2016-2031 which limits new housing to affordable housing of appropriate size and type to meet local needs within the settlement boundary.
