- Within three months of the commencement of the development, the 2 bat boxes specified in the Green Infrastructure Statement (received 13/02/2026) hereby approved shall be installed on the north facing elevation (as shown on Drawing No: 25293-010). The two bird boxes specified in the Green Infrastructure Satetment shall be installed at least 2m high on the south facing elevation. These biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development and any subsequent replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
