Installation of solar panels on the front and rear elevation

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.
2. Rhaid dechrau'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma cyn pen PUM mlynedd o ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn.
3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: • Location Plan • Block Plan indicating the panels and Bee Box • Arwel – Proposed Front Elevation • Arwel – Proposed Rear Elevation • DMEGC – Solar Specification Sheet • Green Infrastructure Statement - Arwel
4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • Location Plan • Block Plan indicating the panels and Bee Box • Arwel – Proposed Front Elevation • Arwel – Proposed Rear Elevation • DMEGC – Solar Specification Sheet • Green Infrastructure Statement - Arwel
5. The frame and solar panels shall be finished in black of a non-reflective type unless otherwise agreed by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority.
6. Rhaid gorffen y ffrâm a'r paneli solar mewn du o fath nad yw'n adlewyrchol oni bai y cytunir fel arall trwy gais ffurfiol i'r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol.
7. At the end of its life span or use whichever is the sooner the solar panels hereby permitted and associated equipment shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition.
8. Ar ddiwedd ei oes neu ei ddefnydd, pa un bynnag sydd gyntaf, rhaid symud y paneli solar a ganiateir drwy hyn a'r offer cysylltiedig ac adfer y tir i'w gyflwr blaenorol.
9. The biodiversity enhancement measures, detailed in the Green Infrastructure Statement Arwel as a bee box must be installed within 6 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
10. Rhaid gosod y mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth, a nodir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd Arwel - rhaid gosod blwch gwenyn o fewn 6 mis ar ôl cwblhau'r datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn yn sylweddol a'i gadw felly wedi hynny.
11. To Comply with Section 91 (as amended) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

21. Advisory The works are carried out outside of the recognised active bat period of May to September inclusive. If bats or any signs of bats are discovered during the course of the works, all works must cease and NRW be contacted for further advice. Please refer to Bats: protection and licences - GOV.UK.
