- All framework, handrails, balustrades, and gates, unless otherwise stated in the hereby approved proposed plans, must be painted black and shall at all times thereafter be retained as painted black
- Rhaid i'r holl fframwaith, canllaw, balwstrad a gatiau, oni nodir yn wahanol yn y cynlluniau arfaethedig a gymeradwyir yma, gael eu paentio'n ddu a rhaid eu cadw bob amser wedi hynny yn ddu
- The external paving shall be of ‘Autumn bronze sandstone setts’ material, as detailed in Condition 2 above, or an appropriate alternative, details of which shall be provided and approved in writing by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority. The details hereby approved shall be retained thereafter.
