- The external timber fence and decking, and any subsequent replacement made on a like for like basis, shall not be stained, painted or creosoted.

- Within 3 months of the permission hereby approved, details of screen planting for the upper east decking area will be submitted and approved to the Authority by means of a formal application. The approved details of screen planting shall be carried out in the first planting season following their approval and retained thereafter.
