- The raking out/ removal of the cement mortar for the purposes of re-pointing shall be carried out by tools held in the hand and not by power-drive tools.
- The re-pointing works shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed re-pointing and lime mortal details provided in ‘Schedule for repointing the chimney stack with lime mortar’ as referenced in Appendix D of the Heritage Impact Statement and Design Statement.
- All existing historical fabric shall be retained in situ, except where indicated otherwise on the approved plans and documents.
- The removal and replacement of rainwater goods (including their location, materials, and methods of fixing) shall be carried out only in accordance with the hereby agreed rainwater goods details.
- No works other than those referred to in the approved plans and documents are to be carried out without the approval of the Local Planning Authority.
- The proposed biodiversity enhancement measures included with the application in the form of the installation of a bat and bird box on site shall be implemented within 6 months following completion of development and maintained thereafter.
