Retrospective application to retain garden shed

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: 0.1 Existing – 01/MD 24 – May 2024. 0.2 Proposed – 02/MD 24 – April 2024. 5. All biodiversity enhancement measures set out in the hereby approved ‘Green Infrastructure Statement’ shall be followed and implemented in full within 6 months following the date of this decision notice
6. Bydd yr holl fesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth a nodir yn y ‘Green Infrastructure Statement’ a gymeradwyir yma yn cael eu dilyn a’u gweithredu’n llawn o fewn 6 mis i ddyddiad yr hysbysiad penderfyniad hwn
7. No exterior light shall be installed onto the development without the prior submission of a formal lighting plan to the Local Planning Authority for approval

9. The building subject of this permission shall be used only as a garden shed as shown in drawing ‘0.2 Proposed – 02/MD 24 – April 2024’ and shall not be used for any other purpose of the Schedule to the Town and County Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended).

Bydd yr adeilad sy'n destun y caniatâd hwn yn cael ei ddefnyddio fel sied ardd yn unig fel y dangosir yn llun '0.2 Arfaethedig – 02/MD 24 – Ebrill 2024' ac ni chaniateir ei ddefnyddio i unrhyw ddiben arall yn yr Atodlen i Gynllunio Gwlad a Thref. Gorchymyn (Dosbarthiadau Defnydd) 1987 (fel y'i diwygiwyd)
