- Notwithstanding the Nuclear Restoration Services, Construction Environmental Management Plan, TRAWS-L28302-DOC-0232 Issue 01 North Laydown Area Improvements (Phase 2), 28/08/2024 the core working hours for general construction work shall be limited to between: • 0800 and 1800 Monday to Friday, • 0800 and 1300 Saturday, • and no working on a Sunday or Bank Holidays, unless otherwise approved by the Local Planning Authority

- The applicant/developer shall ensure that the Stepwise approach detailed in Paragraph 8.2, Pages 9-10 of the Ecological Survey of Potential Bat Roost Tree Survey (2) dated 15th August 2024 by Cambrian Ecology Ltd. are followed and implemented in full
