- The frame and solar panels shall be finished in black of a non-reflective type unless otherwise agreed by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority

- At the end of its life span or use whichever is the sooner the solar panels hereby permitted and associated equipment shall be removed and the building restored to its former condition

- The biodiversity enhancement measures as detailed in the 'Green Infrastructure Statement - Received 31/07/25', shall be implemented within 6 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter

- Notwithstanding the content of the submitted ‘Green Infrastructure Statement’, bird boxes shall be provided for house sparrows and/or house martins and shall be of woodstone/woodcrete construction and shall be installed within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter
