1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

5. The biodiversity enhancement measures contained in the Green Infrastructure Statement (Received on the 17th of June 2025) and shown on the Bat and Bird Survey Elevations (Drawing No. 25-10-PL10) shall be implemented within 3 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter
6. Rhaid gweithredu'r mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth sydd wedi'u cynnwys yn y 'Green Infrastructure Statement' (Derbyniwyd 17 Mehefin 2025) ac a ddangosir ar y 'Bat and Bird Survey Elevations (Drawing No. 25-10-PL10)' o fewn 3 mis yn dilyn cwblhau sylweddol y datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn a'u cadw wedi hynny.
7. The mitigation measures set out in Section 6 of the Preliminary Bat Roost Assessment and Bat Survey Report (Version 93600 R1 Rev1) shall be fully implemented and adhered to at all times during the construction phase and thereafter
