- The development shall be carried out in accordance with “Llyn Celyn Section 10 MITIOS Works Construction Environmental Management Plan February 2023”, as approved under application reference NP5/72/250D, dated 02/04/2023
- The development shall be carried out in accordance with “Plan Llyn Celyn Section 10 MITIOS Works Landscape and Environmental Management Plan," dated April 2023, by Mott MacDonald (Document Reference No. B15100-123532-12-XX-RP-NB-EI0204, Revision P02)”, as approved under application reference NP5/72/250E, dated 19/05/2023
- Prior to any stonework commencing on the site, a trial stonework panel including pointing not less than 2.00 m² shall be constructed. No building operations in stone shall be carried out on the site unless and until the trial panel has been inspected and approved by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority. The stonework of the spillway shall be built in accordance with the approved sample.
- The core working hours for general construction shall be limited to between 0700 and 1800 Monday to Friday, 0700 and 1300 Saturday, and no working on a Sunday or Bank Holidays, unless otherwise approved by the Local Planning Authority.
- The development shall be carried out and all archaeological work completed in strict accordance with “WRITTEN SCHEME OF INVESTIGATION FOR AN ARCHAEOLOGICAL WATCHING BRIEF AT Llyn Celyn Reservoir, Gwynedd, February 2023” ”, as approved under application reference NP5/72/250D, dated 02/04/2023
- A detailed report on the archaeological work required by condition 7 shall be submitted to and approved by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority within 6 months of completion of archaeological fieldwork and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
