- All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of the landscaping (as set out within the submitted ENPA Green Infrastructure Statement – Form 2024 (Cymraeg) (received 04/11/24) shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner; and any trees or plants which within the period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species.
- To secure biodiversity enhancement in accordance with Strategic Policy D of the adopted Eryri Local Development Plan and Planning Policy Wales.
- Any works to the roof the building the subject of this permission (The Eagles Inn) shall be undertaken in March and April then October and November only. All works must be carried out with care and if any bats are discovered, works must be ceased and NRW contacted for further advice.
- To minimise the risk of unacceptable harm or disturbance to protected species in accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan Policies and in particular Policy D.
