- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- Within three months of the commencement of the development, the biodiversity enhancements specified in the Green Infrastructure Statement (received 12.08.25) hereby approved shall be installed on the southeast facing elevation, and remain free from artificial illumination at all times.These biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development and any subsequent replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
