Installation of new outdoor air source heat pump units and air extract/input vents linked to mechanical ventilation heat recovery installations and construction of external steps and elevated walkway to form new first floor access into building

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: • Existing and Proposed Floor Plans – 2190/01 Rev A (Received 11/09/24); • Existing and Proposed Elevations Location Plan – 2190/02 Rev A (Received 11/09/24); • Existing and Proposed Block Plan – 2190/03 Rev A (Received 11/09/24); • Green Infrastructrue (Received 11/09/24).
4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • Existing and Proposed Floor Plans – 2190/01 Rev A (Derbynwyd 11/09/24); • Existing and Proposed Elevations Location Plan – 2190/02 Rev A (Derbynwyd 11/09/24); • Existing and Proposed Block Plan – 2190/03 Rev A (Derbynwyd 11/09/24); • Green Infrastructrue (Derbynwyd 11/09/24).
5. No development relating to the installation of air source heat pumps and ventilation systems shall commence until a noise assessment has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority

7. Within 3 months from completion of development, a detailed biodiversity enhancement plan shall be submitted to the Authority for approval. Following approval by the Local Planning Authority, the biodiversity enhancement plan shall be implemented in full and retained thereafter
8. O fewn 3 mis o gwblhau'r datblygiad, bydd cynllun gwella bioamrywiaeth manwl yn cael ei gyflwyno i'r Awdurdod i'w gymeradwyo. Yn dilyn cymeradwyaeth yr Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol, rhaid gweithredu'r cynllun gwella bioamrywiaeth yn llawn a'i gadw wedi hynny
