  5. Notwithstanding the approved details above, detailed drawings of the proposed handrail and fixing into the historic fabric of Pont Mwnwgl-y-Llyn shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority by means of a formal application. No handrail shall be installed prior to the Local Planning Authority’s approval.
  6. Er gwaethaf y manylion a gymeradwywyd uchod, rhaid cyflwyno i'r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol a'u cymeradwyo'n ysgrifenedig gan luniadau manwl o'r canllaw arfaethedig a'r gosodiadau i ffabrig hanesyddol Pont Mwnwgl-y-Llyn trwy gais ffurfiol. Ni chaniateir gosod canllaw cyn caniatad yr Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol.
  7. Samples of stone masonry required for any repairs to Pont Mwnwgl-y-Llyn shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority by means of a formal application. The repair works shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed stone details
  8. Bydd samplau o waith maen sydd eu hangen ar gyfer unrhyw atgyweiriadau i Bont Mwnwgl-y-Llyn yn cael eu cyflwyno i'r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol a'u cytuno'n ysgrifenedig ganddo trwy gais ffurfiol. Rhaid gwneud y gwaith atgyweirio yn unol â'r manylion carreg a gytunwyd yn unig
  9. Samples of the mortar to be used for pointing (including mix, colour, texture, and pointing finish) required for any repairs to Pont Mwnwgl-y-Llyn shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority by means of a formal application. The repair works shall be carried out only in accordance with the agreed details
  10. Bydd samplau o’r morter i’w ddefnyddio ar gyfer pwyntio (gan gynnwys cymysgedd, lliw, gwead a gorffeniad pwyntio) sydd ei angen ar gyfer unrhyw waith atgyweirio i Bont Mwnwgl-y-Llyn i’w gyflwyno i’r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol a’i gytuno’n ysgrifenedig ganddo drwy gyfrwng cais ffurfiol. Dim ond yn unol â'r manylion y cytunwyd arnynt y gwneir y gwaith atgyweirio
  11. To comply with the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
