Installation of air source heat pump

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Tremeifion LL37 2YQ - Location Plan Tremeifion LL37 2YQ - Site Plan Existing Elevation Proposed Elevations Ideal Heating Logic Air Air Source Heat Pump Noise Level Calculation Form Green Infrastructure Statement & Biodiversity Enhancement (received 24.04.25)
4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Tremeifion LL37 2YQ - Location Plan Tremeifion LL37 2YQ - Site Plan Existing Elevation Proposed Elevations Ideal Heating Logic Air Air Source Heat Pump Noise Level Calculation Form Green Infrastructure Statement & Biodiversity Enhancement (received 24.04.25)
5. Within three months of the first use of the development, the biodiversity enhancements specified in the Green Infrastructure Statement (received 24.04.25) hereby approved shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (where applicable). These biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions (where applicable) and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification.
6. If the development hereby approved becomes redundant or obsolete, then the air source heat pump and all associated external equipment and fixtures must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate.

O fewn tri mis i ddefnydd cyntaf y datblygiad, bydd y gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth a nodir yn y Datganiad Seilwaith Gwyrdd (derbyniwyd 24.04.25) a gymeradwyir yma yn cael eu gosod yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau'r gwneuthurwr (lle bo'n berthnasol). Bydd y gwelliannau bioamrywiaeth hyn wedyn yn cael eu cynnal yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau’r gwneuthurwr (lle bo’n berthnasol) a rhaid eu cadw am oes y datblygiad, a rhaid i unrhyw rai sy’n cael eu cyfnewid fod o fanyleb gyfatebol.
8. Os daw'r datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn yn ddiangen neu'n anarferedig, yna rhaid symud y pwmp gwres ffynhonnell aer a'r holl offer a gosodiadau allanol cysylltiedig o fewn chwe mis i'r dyddiad y daw'r datblygiad i ben.
