Planning conditions
- The advertisement and any associated fittings shall be removed from the site in its entirety no later than 10 years from the date of this decision or 10 years after the date of completion of building operations, whichever first occurs.
- 2. The illumination level(s) of the advertisement(s) shown on drawing 5046(AD)-311 D (received 14.08.25) shall not: i. exceed 25 cd/m2 (candelas per square metre). ii. operate between the hours of 11.00 pm and 08.00 am on the following day.
- There shall be no illumination whatsoever of the flagpoles hereby approved.
- The advertisement hereby permitted shall be displayed strictly in accordance with the application form and the following drawing numbers and specifications: Site Plan 5046(AD)-310 Rev F (received 14.08.25) Proposed Advertising Sign – Elevation & Details 5046(AD)-311 D (received 14.08.25)
- To comply with Regulation 13(5) of the Town and County Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.
- To safeguard the visual amenities of the area and in accordance with Eryri Local Development Plan Policies and in particular Development policy 10.

- To define the scope of this advertisement consent.
- To comply with Regulation 13(5) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 which contains 5 standard conditions: i. No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. ii. No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to: a) endanger persons using any highway, railway, waterway, dock, harbour or aerodrome (civil or military); b) obscure, or hinder the ready interpretation of, any traffic sign, railway signal or aid to navigation by water or air; or c) hinder the operation of any device used for the purpose of security or surveillance or for measuring the speed of any vehicle. iii. Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. iv. Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. v. Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity.

- I gdymffurfio â Rheoliad 13(5) o Reoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Rheoli Hysbysebion) 1992 sy’n cynnwys 5 amod safonol: i. Ni chaniateir arddangos hysbyseb heb ganiatâd perchennog y safle neu unrhyw berson arall sydd â diddordeb yn y safle sydd â hawl i roi caniatâd ii. Ni chaniateir gosod nac arddangos hysbyseb er mwyn: a) peryglu pobl sy'n defnyddio unrhyw briffordd, rheilffordd, dyfrffordd, doc, harbwr neu faes awyr (sifil neu filwrol); b) cuddio, neu rwystro dehongliad parod o, unrhyw arwydd traffig, signal rheilffordd neu gymorth mordwyo gan dd"{r neu awyr; neu c) rhwystro gweithrediad unrhyw ddyfais a ddefnyddir at ddibenion diogelwch neu wyliadwriaeth neu i fesur cyflymder unrhyw gerbyd. iii. Rhaid i unrhyw hysbyseb a arddangosir, ac unrhyw safle a ddefnyddir ar gyfer arddangos hysbysebion, gael eu cynnal mewn cyflwr nad yw'n amharu ar fwynderau gweledol y safle iv. Rhaid i unrhyw strwythur neu hysbysfwrdd a godir neu a ddefnyddir yn bennaf at ddiben arddangos hysbysebion gael ei gynnal mewn cyflwr nad yw'n peryglu'r cyhoedd. v. Lle bo angen symud hysbyseb o dan y Rheoliadau hyn, rhaid gadael y safle mewn cyflwr nad yw'n peryglu'r cyhoedd nac yn amharu ar amwynder gweledol.
- Rhaid symud yr hysbyseb ac unrhyw ffitiadau cysylltiedig o'r safle yn ei gyfanrwydd o fewn 10 mlynedd o ddyddiad y penderfyniad hwn neu 10 mlynedd ar ôl dyddiad cwblhau'r gweithrediadau adeiladu, pa un bynnag a ddigwydd gyntaf.
- Ni ddylai lefel(au) goleuo'r hysbyseb(au) a ddangosir ar cynllun 5046(AD)-311 D (a dderbyniwyd 14.08.25): i. fod yn fwy na 25 cd/m2 (candelas fesul metr sgwâr). ii. weithredu rhwng 11.00 pm a 08.00 am y diwrnod canlynol.
- Ni chaniateir unrhyw oleuadau o gwbl ar y polion baner a gymeradwyir drwy hyn.
