By reason of this Authority considering that the obligation of 16th September 2002 continues to serve a useful purpose in pursuing the housing policies of the Eryri Local Development Plan 2016-2031, and the applicant showing no willingness or ability to enter into a new section 106 agreement this application is in conflict with policies SP A, SP C, SP G and DP 30 of the Eryri Local Development Plan 2016-2031 and the Supplementary Planning Guidance 4 Affordable Housing (January 2020).
  2. Oherwydd bod yr Awdurdod hwn yn ystyried bod rhwymedigaeth 16eg Medi 2002 yn parhau i fod yn ddefnyddiol wrth ddilyn polisïau tai Cynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri 2016-2031, a'r ymgeisydd yn dangos dim parodrwydd na gallu i ymrwymo i gytundeb adran 106 newydd. mae'r cais hwn yn gwrthdaro â pholisïau SP A, SP C, SP G a DP 30 o Gynllun Datblygu Lleol Eryri 2016-2031 a Chanllaw Cynllunio Atodol 4 Tai Fforddiadwy (Ionawr 2020).
