The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 5046(A)-100 Site Location Plan 5046(A)-0101 Site Block Plan 5046(A)-110 Existing Site Plan 5046(A)-313 A Proposed Site Plan 5046(A)-310 B Enhancement of Existing Main Entrance 5046(A)-311 A Existing & Proposed Street Elevations Green Infrastructure Statement (06 March 2025)
  4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: 5046(A)-100 Site Location Plan 5046(A)-0101 Site Block Plan 5046(A)-110 Existing Site Plan 5046(A)-313 A Proposed Site Plan 5046(A)-310 B Enhancement of Existing Main Entrance 5046(A)-311 A Existing & Proposed Street Elevations Green Infrastructure Statement (06 March 2025)
  5. Within three months of the first use of the development hereby approved the biodiversity enhancements shown on the plans and the Green Infrastructure Statement hereby approved shall be implemented and/or planted as appropriate. These biodiversity enhancements shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification
  6.
