  5. Within 1 month of the first operation of the development hereby approved a nest box (with a 32 mm diameter hole) shall be installed on the northern elevation in accordance with the plans hereby approved.The nest box (with a 32 mm diameter hole) shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, any replacements shall be of an equivalent specification

  7. If the development hereby approved becomes redundant or obsolete, then the air source heat pump and all associated external equipment and fixtures must be removed within six months of the development ceasing to operate
