- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- The roof of the shelter shall be covered with blue-grey slates from the Blaenau Ffestiniog area, or slates with equivalent colour, texture and weathering characteristics details.
- Bydd to'r lloches yn cael ei orchuddio â llechi glas llwyd o ardal Blaenau Ffestiniog, neu lechi gyda manylion lliw, gwead a nodweddion hindreuliad cyfatebol.
- The rear wall of the shelter hereby permitted shall be finished in slate grey / BS18B29 colour and maintained thereafter.
- Bydd wal gefn y lloches a ganiateir trwy hyn yn cael ei gorffen mewn lliw llwyd / BS18B29 llechi a'i gynnal wedi hynny.
- No surface water and/or land drainage shall be allowed to connect directly or indirectly with the public sewerage network.
