Erection of shelter for visitors

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan Site Plan Proposed Plan Design Statement Green Infrastructure Statement – Received 23/10/2025

5. No external lighting shall be installed without the prior submission of a formal lighting plan by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority for approval.
6. The bird boxes as detailed in the submitted Green Infrastructure Statement shall be open fronted boxes suitable for tree creepers, incorporating different sized entrance holes e.g., 25mm, 32mm, 45mm and shall be of woodcrete construction. The bird boxes shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, and any replacements shall be of a similar specification.

13. Advisory 1) To safeguard potential animals that could be moving through the site the following Reasonable Avoidance Measures relating to terrestrial mammals will be implemented where applicable. The creation of sloping escape ramps (mammal ladders) for badgers, hedgehogs (and other mammals potentially may be pass through the site), which may be achieved by edge - profiling of trenches/excavations or by using planks placed into them at the end of each working day. 2) Works should be carried out in accordance with GPP6 gpp6-working-on-construction-and-demolition-sites.pdf
