Planning conditions
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of FIVE years from the date of this decision.

- Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: • Location Plan indicating panels - received 27-05-25 • Drawing 064_001 – Solar Panel Elevations • Side Panel Layout • Aerocompact Compact Ground G20 • eurener Data sheet • Green Infrastructure Statement – received 02.07.25
- The frame and solar panels shall be finished in black of a non-reflective type unless otherwise agreed by means of a formal application to the Local Planning Authority.
- Rhaid gorffen y ffrâm a'r paneli solar mewn du o fath nad ydynt yn rhai adlewyrchol oni bai y cytunir fel arall trwy gais ffurfiol i'r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol.
- All electricity cables, between the development site and the connection to the inverter shall be laid underground.

- At the end of its life span or use whichever is the sooner the solar panels hereby permitted and associated equipment shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition.

- The biodiversity enhancement measures, detailed as the planning of 6 native trees in the Green Infrastructure Statement received on the 02/07/25, shall be implemented within 6 months following the substantial completion of the development hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
- Dylid gweithredu'r mesurau gwella bioamrywiaeth, a nodir fel plannu 6 choeden frodorol yn y 'Green Infrastructure Statement' a dderbyniwyd ar 02/07/25, o fewn 6 mis yn dilyn cwblhau sylweddol y datblygiad a ganiateir drwy hyn a'u cadw felly wedi hynny.
- All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first use or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner; and any trees or plants which within the period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species.

- Advisory The removal of the leylandii should take place outside of the bird nesting season (February to August inclusive), unless surveyed by a suitable experienced ecologist no more than 48hrs before the commencement of works. If nesting birds or signs of nesting activity are discovered, all works must be postponed until the last chick has fledged.
- Nodiadau Cynghorol Dylid cael gwared ar y leylandii y tu allan i dymor nythu adar (Chwefror i Awst yn gynwysiedig), oni bai ei fod yn cael ei arolygu gan ecolegydd profiadol addas o leiaf 48 awr cyn dechrau'r gwaith.
