The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan (Drawing No. LP01) - dated October 2025 Existing Elevations (Drawing No. EX02) – dated October 2025 Proposed Elevations (Drawing No. PA02) – dated October 2025 Existing Layouts (Drawing No. EX01) – dated October 2025 Proposed Layouts – (Drawing No. PA01) – dated October 2025 Green Infrastructure Statement – received the 20th of November 2025
  4. Mae'n rhaid cyflawni'r datblygiad a ganiateir yma yn unol â'r cynlluniau a gymeradwywyd isod: Location Plan (Drawing No. LP01) - dated October 2025 Existing Elevations (Drawing No. EX02) – dated October 2025 Proposed Elevations (Drawing No. PA02) – dated October 2025 Existing Layouts (Drawing No. EX01) – dated October 2025 Proposed Layouts – (Drawing No. PA01) – dated October 2025 Green Infrastructure Statement – received the 20th of November 2025
  5. Within three months of the substantial completion of the development the biodiversity enhancement measures identified in the Green Infrastructure Statement (Dated September 2025) hereby approved, shall be installed on the north facing elevation. They shall be implemented as shown on the Proposed Elevations (Drawing No. PA02), and all provisions shall be of a woodcrete/woodstone construction and fitted as per the manufacturer’s instruction.
  6.
